Designed for beginner to intermediate level users of ACL™, this three-day course introduces you to the use of ACL in the field of Tele-Communications. In an interactive, hands-on environment, you will learn how to analyze issues to all departments viz. Postpaid, Prepaid, Value Added Services (VAS), Roaming and Inter-Connect Usage Charges (IUC). You will get to do validation of switch files which are transferred for filtration to mediation level before they are sent to the billing platform. You will also learn how to perform trend analysis on new activations, usage plans and collection activities which will help considerably in your decision-making plans in the right direction. You will learn key data analysis concepts and the basics of working with ACL software. The real life examples of Tele-Communication sector used in class will illustrate how the software can add value to your financial and management reporting while improving the revenue and reducing the risks involved.
